I painted a couple of rooms at home a few weeks ago, this paint surprised me. It went on really smooth from the start, and by the time I finished the second coat, the coverage looked solid and the color had dried evenly. I also appreciated that there wasn’t any strong or weird smell while I was working with it. Now that it’s been a little while, everything still looks fresh with no peeling or marks showing up so far. Overall, I’m happy with how it turned out...

Overall, I did get replies and everything was handled, but there were a few times when updates came a bit later than I expected. Not a huge issue, just something that could be improved

My first impression was that there’s a lot of genuinely helpful stuff here. The guides are clear and useful, though a few parts took me a bit longer to get through. Overall, it feels like a solid resource for learning.

I had a tiny issue with my order and messaged Jest Paint, expecting it to become some huge annoying ordeal because that’s just how these things usually go. But nope — they replied so fast I was almost shocked, and they didn’t make me feel like I was being difficult at all.
The person helping me was really kind, explained everything clearly, and had it fixed before I could even fully stress about it. I was ridiculously relieved. Super easy experience and I really appreciate how smooth they made the whole thing.

My order showed up mostly correct, which these days feels like a small miracle. One color was wrong, but everything else was fine, so I guess we’ll call that a win

I accidentally ordered the wrong paint from jestpaint.com, which was frustrating, but the return itself was painless. I emailed them and they got back to me quickly with clear instructions, so I didn’t have to chase anyone down. The refund came through a few days after they received the item back. I’m still a little annoyed at myself for the mix-up, but the way they handled it was better than I expected. I’d probably order from them again.

I ordered from jestpaint.com because the prices seemed reasonable at first, and I was hoping I’d found a good deal. Once I added everything up, though, I wasn’t totally sure it was the best value, so I kind of wished there was something that made me feel more confident about the savings.
The quality was fine and I don’t really have any major complaints, but for what I paid, I was expecting just a little more. I might order again if I can’t find a better price somewhere else, but next time I’d definitely compare first just to feel sure I’m making the right choice.

Overall, I was pleased with this paint. The quality felt solid, the color was very close to what was shown in the pictures, and it covered the surface better than I expected. It didn’t feel too thin or watery, which was a nice surprise.
The only reason I wouldn’t give it a full 5 stars is that the can arrived with a small dent, and the finish took a bit longer to dry than I had planned for. That said, the final result looks good, and I’m still happy with the purchase.

I ordered a few paints from jestpaint.com and, they seem totally legit to me. The labels, seals, and colors all matched the ones I’ve picked up from local stores before, even down to the little print on the bottles.

Shipping was a bit slower than I was hoping for, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Everything came packed well, and the bottles were clean with no leaks or sticky caps, which I always check right away.

I’m giving 4 stars mostly because I would’ve liked a few faster shipping updates. Product-wise though, I don’t really have any complaints, and I’d order again if I needed a specific color I couldn’t find nearby.

I ended up giving up and not placing the order. The checkout process was just really frustrating, pages were loading slowly, and at one point I couldn’t even tell if my order had gone through or not. I tried again, but it still felt clunky and confusing. not the best first experience with the site

I went in looking for a few basic things and somehow they were out of pretty much everything I needed again. Maybe I just keep going at the wrong time, but it feels like nothing is ever available whenever I shop there. Kind of frustrating, because if the shelves are empty, it makes the whole trip feel pointless...
